Information for Travel Agencies



After activating the connection to the programme, every company will receive an email with the access data for the online points account as well as a business points customer number, which is required in the GDS as the OSI element for crediting of the points. If the OSI element is entered incorrectly or has not been entered in the GDS at all, no points will be credited. In that case, the points have to be recorded manually afterwards.

The customer number consists of 7 numbers and an upper case letter, e.g. 1234567N.
